The patches get installed with the ispconfig patch tool. The patch tool will be part of ISPConfig 184.108.40.206. If you use an older ISPConfig version, please follow the instructions below to install it.
Login as root user on the Shell of your server and execute these commands:

Applying patches to ISPConfig
